We can’t confirm if all of these glitches are caused by the GTA IV patch 1.0.3.0, since modifying any game after installing a patch is dangerous and could result in loss of important data (to be on the safe side we advise you not to install this crack and wait until Rockstar comes up with a proper patch). For example, in the PC version of GTA IV it is possible to play with mods that turn the game into a GTA Vice City or San Andreas one (this is called "script injection" and can be fixed by enabling "script execution protection").
